General Questions

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve Buffalo and its surrounding areas, including but not limited to Amherst, Cheektowaga, Lancaster, East Aurora, Orchard Park, North Tonawanda, Hamburg, and West Seneca. For events outside these areas, please contact us for more information.

What types of events do you cater to?

We offer rentals for all types of events, including birthday parties, school functions, corporate events, weddings, community festivals, and more. If you're celebrating it, we can help enhance it!

Rental Information

How do I book a rental?

Booking is easy! You can either fill out the booking form on our website, email us at bookings@bouncebuffalo716.com, or call us directly at (716) 123-4567. Our team will guide you through the selection and booking process.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure the availability of your preferred rental items, especially during peak seasons (spring and summer). A minimum of two weeks in advance is advisable.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Weather-related cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Safety and Insurance

Are your inflatables safe?

Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. All our inflatables are made from high-quality materials and are regularly inspected and cleaned. We also provide safety instructions and support for all rentals.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we are fully insured. We can provide proof of insurance upon request for any event or venue that requires it.

Setup and Requirements

What do I need to provide for the setup?

You'll need to provide a suitable space for the inflatable or rental item, access to a power outlet (or request a generator rental if power is not available), and someone to be present for setup and take-down.

How much space is needed for an inflatable?

The space required varies by inflatable. Generally, you'll need a flat, open area at least 20x20 feet with clearance from overhead obstructions like power lines and trees. Specific dimensions for each inflatable are listed on our website.

Can inflatables be set up indoors?

Yes, provided there is enough space and ceiling height to safely accommodate the inflatable. Indoor setups typically require a large, open space such as a gymnasium or hall.
